2. Your Art & Ownership
You own what you create. Musebound does not claim ownership over your artworks, sketches, or the creative process data you generate on our platform.
- You retain full copyright and intellectual property rights to your content.
- AI suggestions and refinements provided by Musebound are tools for you to use; their incorporation into your work does not diminish your authorship.
- By posting content publicly, you grant Musebound a limited license to display, host, and promote your work on the platform.
3. AI as a Muse
Our AI tools are designed to assist, guide, and refine. They constitute infrastructure, not a creative agent.
- You agree not to use our AI tools to generate content that violates the rights of others, creates non-consensual deepfakes, or spreads hate speech and misinformation.
- We prioritize transparency. When you use AI assistance, we may visibly tag the artwork to celebrate the collaborative process and maintain honesty within the community.
4. User Conduct
Musebound is a community of creators. We expect respectful compliant behavior.
- Do not harass, bully, or intimidate other artists.
- Do not scrape or data-mine the platform without artwork owner consent.
- Respect the creative process and the integrity of the canvas events shared by others.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Musebound offers both free and paid subscription tiers (Pro and Master). By subscribing, you agree to the following:
- Billing Cycles: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.
- Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each cycle unless canceled via your Account Settings.
- Refunds: Generally, payments are non-refundable. We may provide exceptions at our sole discretion for technical failures or as required by law.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing. Any changes will be communicated in advance and apply to your next billing cycle.
6. Data & Privacy
